No. ChairEngine is a “plus-one” — it sits beside your PMS and reads/writes via bi-directional sync. Open Dental, Dentrix Ascend, CareStack, and Eaglesoft are supported day-1. We're not asking you to migrate. Migrations are why dental software sales cycles are nine months long.

Does the AI sign treatment plans or order sedation?

Never. The agents draft, queue, and surface. The dentist signs every clinical document. Every controlled-substance order goes through the licensed practitioner. That's what the Morning Huddle exists for — judgment stays with you. Period.

What about HIPAA, OSHA, and state board audits?
